The Rockbridge Group is a client driven organization that provides retained executive search and business acceleration consulting to early stage organizations.  At the Rockbridge Group, our focus is on early stage companies in New Media and Consumer Facing Technologies. We are continually challenging ourselves and our clients to look beyond the obvious, to look for unexpected sources for talent and new opportunities, and to assume a leadership position throughout the decision-making process.

The Rockbridge Group team brings the knowledge of a much larger firm with the flexibility, personal attention and quick follow through of a boutique.  Unlike most large consulting firms, our team has a wealth of real world experience.  Each member of our team has held senior management positions.  From CEO to Vice President positions, from operations to sales and marketing, from start ups to the Global 1000 firms, our team offers more to our client partners, because we have personally done what they are now doing.  We intentionally limit the number of client firms we work with in order to truly focus on the needs of a few rather than provide a watered down solution to the projects we undertake.
