ROB BONHAM - Managing Partner
Over the course of a 25 year career, Rob Bonham has succeeded in a variety of operational and sales/marketing roles. Prior to becoming Managing Partner of The Rockbridge Group, Mr. Bonham was CEO and President of ConnectME, a video platform company that delivered unique, two way video applications for IP network operators.

As Senior Vice President of Operations for @Home Network Solutions, Mr. Bonham was responsible for all strategic planning, engineering, sales, marketing and operations, and successfully led the deployment of Broadband Internet in over 55 small and mid sized cable markets throughout the United States. Prior experience at the @Home Network, included Vice President Affiliate Relations and Marketing, Vice President Affiliate Operations and Vice President Consumer Marketing. His responsibilities included growing the broadband subscriber from five thousand to over two million in 2 years, growing the affiliate base from three cable partners to over 20, and managing the AT&T Broadband relationship.

Mr. Bonham also served as Managing Partner for MarketWorks, a sales and marketing consulting firm where he developed marketing and distribution plans for early-stage companies; and in several senior sales and marketing positions with entertainment software and media companies, including Lorimar Telepictures, where as Vice President of Sales he was responsible for the introduction of non-theatrical home video, most notably the Jane Fonda Workout Series.

He has also served on the Board of Directors for Independent Living Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Bonham began his career with Procter & Gamble, and Pillsbury. He undertook graduate business studies at Pepperdine University and holds a BA in Geography from San Diego State University.

GORDON JACKSON - Consulting Partner
Gordon Jackson personally conducts all executive search projects. Prior to joining the Rockbridge Group, was the founder of Jackson Search. Gordon first entered the executive search world at Heidrick and Struggles in their Silicon Valley offices. He was a member of the International Technology Practice active in the Communications and Semiconductor, Hardware, and Systems sub-practices.

Following Heidrick, he co-founded the boutique firm Lonergan Partners. Most recently he led the Technology Leadership Practice at Lonergan, executing projects attracting senior technical executives to both private and public companies. As head of this practice, Gordon conducted VP Engineering and VP Operations projects across a variety of technology focus areas. Earlier Gordon founded the CFO practice at Lonergan, leading the first CFO searches for the firm. His experience also includes numerous CEO, Sales, Marketing, and Board of Directors searches.

When Lonergan Partners was founded Gordon was Director of Research and directed the fundamental research for all recruiting engagements. While he maintains extensive contacts and networks, Gordon continues to call on that research experience to ensure that every market and avenue of attack of interest to our clients is fully investigated.

He earned a Master of International Business degree from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management (including time at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Montpellier, France), and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

MIKE LANFORD - Board of Advisors
Mike Lanford is a senior Sales Executive with 22 years of industry experience in telecommunications and information technology. Mr. Lanford has sold management consulting services such as strategy formulation and implementation as well as business transformation initiatives. In technology, Mike has sold knowledge management solutions, network centric software, integration services, and IT consulting. He utilizes large account management discipline and consultative sales methodology to maximize revenues and market share. He has an extensive technical background that that further enhances his consultative sales approach.

Mike has held technical and sales management positions with EDS, Renaissance Worldwide, Scient Corporation, and Voyence. In addition, he holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Angelo State University in Texas.
JOHN BORUSHESKI - Contributing Partner
With over 20 years of executive experience with companies such as NEC, Nortel Networks and Qwest Communications, John Borusheski is a results-oriented sales and business development executive with extensive experience in developing market strategy, driving revenue, new product development and increasing customer satisfaction. John has a history of generating multi-million dollar sales for companies by leveraging of current assets with development of new products and services. He is also adept at creating, organizing and controlling company program offerings from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profits and meet financial and corporate growth objectives.

Prior to joining The Rockbridge Group, Borusheski served as Vice President of Emerging Technologies for NEC Unified Solutions where he successfully developed and implemented growth strategies for this $600M Integration and Professional Services Company.

As the Executive Director of Network Technology Services for Qwest Communications, John led the merger team that managed the integration of US West's IT networks into a single managed architecture. John also served in consulting roles for Nortel Networks as well as managing technical services at CompuServe Network Services.

John earned an MBA from the University of Ohio and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Kansas.
PIERS COOPER - Board Of Advisors
Until recently, Piers was a partner at Regis McKenna Ventures focused on early stage investing and leveraging his angel, corporate and global VC contacts. He is currently involved with several early stage firms assisting in fund raising and the venture process as well as consulting to a Global 1000 software corporation on M&A integration activities. Earlier in his career, Piers played an instrumental role in successfully establishing Oracle's $500M corporate venture fund where he led a variety of investments, M&A transactions focused on software, ecommerce and early stage communications infrastructure firms. Notable IPO's included Redhat, WebEx and C-Bridge. Prior to his corporate venture role at Oracle, Piers was Vice President, Strategic Business Development for the company working in both Europe and the US.
PATRICK MCGILL - Board Of Advisors
Currently a venture partner at Velocity Interactive Group, Patrick brings a successful track record in strategic business development, investments, M&A and executive search complemented by his extensive network. Recent clients have included BelAir Networks, Dynamicsoft, Firefly Mobile and TVIA. Patrick has direct M&A experience having negotiated deals ranging from complex multi-million dollar technology licensing, distribution and investments to successful merger transactions. At Pixo Inc, a mobile technology firm, he was instrumental in raising over $50M in funding and contracts from Altos Ventures, Bay Partners, Conexant, ComVentures, Kyocera, Lycos, Nokia, and Samsung. Prior to this, he was VP/General Manager at Alcatel's wireless internet business unit responsible for launching new CDMA/GSM handsets and the Internet Screenphone project.

Originally from the U.K., Patrick's international experience is broad with direct knowledge in business dealings across a spectrum of European and Asian countries and cultures.
MARK MANGIOLA - Board Of Advisors
Currently a Venture Partner with Canaan Partners, Mark joined Canaan in 2001 after spending over 20 years in the cable and broadband industry where he has a broad range of executive level contacts. Prior to Canaan, Mark served as CEO of @Home Solutions, a division of Excite@Home where he was heavily involved in working with leading cable and network operators. He was previously the President and CEO of Positive Communications and an Executive Vice President with KBLCOM/Time Warner. Mark currently serves on the boards of TVIA and Zolo. From his role within Canaan Partners, Mark has worked closely with many Tier One venture firms in Silicon Valley.

RICK PIZZOLI - Sales Force Europe
Based in Madrid, Rick founded Sales Force Europe in early 2003 and leads the team in Europe. Born and educated in California, he worked in Silicon Valley for five years before moving to London with Nortel Networks in 1996. There he led the sales & marketing team for a new Public Carrier division, building up Europe, Asia and Latin America. By 1999 Rick had overall Business Development responsibility across Nortel’s Public Carrier portfolio in Europe, delivering over $40M in incremental business. Rick left Nortel in 2000 and launched the European office for Maple Optical Networks, a $100M funded, Silicon Valley MPLS switch provider. Regional sales, technical support and s/w development teams were hired, all major European telecom operators were penetrated and a number of trials were closed, including with British Telecom. At Maple, Rick also drove the European fund raising and acquisition activity, delivering results from Cisco and Siemens. In late 2001 Rick joined Seinet Group, a Spanish s/w developer, repositioned the company, raised funds and introduced them to the European and US markets.

DR. JAMES FORCIER - Consulting Partner

James Forcier is a business strategist with twenty-five years of corporate leadership and consulting experience helping firms maximize their operational efficiency and market effectiveness. His clients include AT&T, Charles Schwab, Cisco, PCTel, Maersk, Sun, VISA, and numerous start-ups.

Dr. Forcier received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and his master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Southern California. He chairs the Applied Economics department at the University of San Francisco and is the author of a book and numerous articles on business strategy.

A member of the American Economics Association and the National Association for Business Economics, Dr. Forcier has been quoted in The Boston Globe, Nation’s Business and The Wall Street Journal, and has appeared on CNET Radio, KRON TV, MSNBC, National Public Radio and NBC Nightly News.

BRION FEINBERG, PhD. - Consulting Partner
Brion Feinberg is an experienced product management executive with a solid track record for bringing new, innovative technology-focused products and services to market. Brion has a unique combination of deep technical skills along with strong marketing, planning and leadership capabilities. Brion’s high energy and excellent communication skills have fostered his success in both start-up and large corporate environments. Prior to joining The Rockbridge Group Brion held a number of senior management positions including the co founding of the next generation broadband services company, Sereniti. Feinberg also served as Vice President of Product Management at Viola Networks, a VoIP company, after beginning his career with AT&T Bell Labs. Brion holds 3 patents from his time with Lucent. Brion holds a BSEE from Princeton University, a MSEE and a PhD from Stanford University.
